HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! You have arrived at a whole NEW decade!! Now what!?? First, be thankful for your health, and then, make the commitment to staying healthy!! It is human nature to want to start anew, to begin fresh, to jump start January 1st. It is a good thing, but can be a tough thing by February 1st. So, what to do? Think strength in numbers! We all have friends that have common goals. Many of them may share your same “new year’s” mindset. So, why not set a few goals and help one another? Just be aware that some differences may come into play with annoying aches and pains that we all ultimately have to deal with. Advice from your neighbor, with all good intentions, may not be ‘putting your best interests forward’. If I may offer some small nuggets…. • DO have a checkup with your doctor. It is a great time to have any of your concerns addressed.
